reload frame

Internet Explorer for PC and Netscape for Mac both have a "Reload Frame" option. In Safari, AFAIK, you have to open the frame in a new tab or window, refresh it there, close it, then depart the page with the frame, then revisit it.

Any reason why Safari doesn't have a "Reload Frame" option? Is there an easier way to reload a frame in Safari than I have described?

Apple programmers, if you read this, please enable this feature in the next version of Safari!

P.S. I know frames are now deprecated, but plenty of sites still use them.
