Our 6 year old just inadvertently purchased $100 of in-app purchases, how can we get a refund? Any help is appreciated

All sales are final. Did you not restrict purchases?

Also you need to go to settings, general, restrictions, and set the restrictions to prevent in app purchases, it will have a passcode on it .
