The error in tht stsi title to this que. This mat ess is what I getg all the time when I want to type anything on my iBook. Do I need a new key board or what?
Often the entire page disapears, the cursor will not follow the flow of script ever and always jumps off the page or at the beginning. What is going on?

Try resetting the PMU and see if that helps. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1431
If not, then it would look to be a fault with the keyboard. try cleaning the keyboard first with some compressed air. if that don't work then it would require another keyboard.
I attched a spare key board to the iBook and it seems to have solved the jumping around and correct typing but when I try to go fast, I get that whirling multicolored pin wheel that puts a break on my speed! The Apple store in the near by town wants 250.00 for a new key board! I can't afford it!
250.00 you can get a few iBooks for that price. Try getting one on eBay.
They should be cheap enough :)
