iTunes Welcome screen always displays with program started

When I plug my iPhone into my computer (Win 7 64 bit), iTunes (Ver 11.0.1.12) starts, however it always starts at the Welcome screen. The only way to get past this screen is to click the "No Thanks" on the Share details section of the screen. I have not tried the "Agree" button because I do not wish to share my library. Of couse once I click "No Thanks", I can interact with iTunes normally.

I have searced for a preferences setting or some other setting to skip this screen. What am I missing?
