Is it the ITunes folder or the ITunesMedia folder that I would drag to the external drive?

Need clarification before I drag the wrong folder to backup. The instructions take you to Music but the example shows ITunes folder being dragged. And if I dragged only Music, then it would seem that the other data won"t get backed up. Thanks for any clarification.
