after going into settings and then sliding Wi-Fi I can not tap the Wi-Fi on as it is seems frozen in the off position?

I have already done all that you said but it made no difference, after you slide the WI-Fi the Wi- Fi is grey showing off
when you tap the off nothing happens
through I tunes I cleared my phone down re booted through I tunes but the phone asked for my password when i
put it in the phone would not except it saying I wasn't connected to the intenet I tunes told me that the transfer was
good and yes i was connected to the internet
Ive tapped settings tapped Wi-Fi cannot turn Wi-Fi too on stuck in off
