Videos won't play on my Mac 10.6.8

I can pull up Youtube & everything loads, but the video doesn't play. I use Safari and I don't know if the flash player needs to be updated or not because it has never popped up or anything.

Then try unistalling Flash:

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-mac-os.html


Then reinstall Flash for your OSX:


http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/


Try going to Safari preferences, general tab and set "Save downloaded files to: desktop (you will have to click other , then click Desktop from the left column.


This will download the stand alone un/re installers to the desk top.


Do the un-installer first, double click on it on the desk top to launch and follow the prompts to uninstall


Then download the installer to the desktop, double click on that and follow the prompts to install

I am aware of Leeds castle, my wife was schooled in Bradford & Ikkley college as she worked on here advanced degrees.


She had some drive on the left guy take us there...very cool, amongst other a great many other other things we saw.


Keep answering the questions, maybe Apple will award you this as a reward...yeah right!!!
