Brand new iPhone 5 restored from iCloud- iPhone 4.
After recognizing the issue of not getting push email - I deleted the exchange account and re added it. But problem continues of not getting email until info into the inbox and a manual sync occurs.
Use OWA to delete the phone's trust pairing from the account in mobile devices and start over. Trust relationship probably naffed by the restore and exchange thinks it's the old device
Nope that did not help. That was the first thing I did being the email admin for the company.
