Can someone tell me simply how to add the one music choice I bought to an album I am posting on FB?

Can anyone please tell me (simply) how to add music to a FB post? One particular song on itunes I want to buy. Can this be added to my photo album I need to post? My husband's birthday is tomorrow & I lost him 2 yrs. ago. I need help SOON. Thanks.
