How do I move apps to cloud storage

iCloud doesn't store your apps. The only things iCloud does related to apps is to back up your app data as part of your iCloud device backup, and allow you to redownload purchased apps from the app store for free should you ever lose them, assuming they are still available in the app store (see http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519).

Your apps should be stored in your iTunes library on your computer.
