I have homeshare turned on on both of my computers, but it is only showing up on one of them.

I got a new laptop and have attempted to transfer all my music from my old computer to my new one. I've used homesharing before and it didn't transfer everything from the desktop library to the laptop, so I want to do it again to get the rest of it, however there is no "Sharing" section under my library on my laptop. It's shown up on the desktop, but not the laptop.Home sharing is turned on on both the desktop and the laptop. What do I do?
