black screenshot

Hi everybody,

when I do a screenshot (the usual way: Apple Shift 3 or 4) all I get is a black image 😟

Any ideas how to change that?

Hello Domenika,

If rebooting does not help, I would suggest resetting the PRAM. Hold down these keys: Commnad Option+PR when rebooting until you hear the second chime.
