Keynote Audio Problems When Exporting to Quicktime

I have a Keynote presentation with a separate audio track for each slide. When I play the presentation in Keynote it works great. When I export it to Quicktime, however, I have audio sometimes and not others. I've tried monkeying around with every setting I can think of in the "Share" dialogue, with no luck. What's up with this?

I've also tried removing the separate audio tracks and combining them into a single file in Garage Band. Then I use that combined file as a "background" for the entire presentation. Again, no joy.

This is really annoying. Anyone have a good suggestion?
