my Ipod stuck on itunes logo and usb cable and will not restore, i keep getting error code 1611

I don't know if you got a resolution for this but what i can tell you is apple has got some big time problems happening and they don't seem to be making much effort to resolve issues. Good luck and if I find a solution [i have the same issue], I will let you know.
