If I delete a photo from the Camera Roll on my iPhone, will it delete the photo from iPhoto on my Mac?

Okay, so I imported all my photos from my Camera Roll, and now that I have them on my Mac I want to delete them all on my phone for more space. If I delete them now, will they also be deleted from my iPhoto on my Mac, or will they still be available there?
