what's wrong with Do Not Disturb after 1/1/2013? It's still not working properly.

It's 4pm 1/2/2013, since 1/1/2013, all my iPhone 4s/5 and two iPads are all silient. The Do Not Disturb didn't work! Can you fix it soon?
