Trouble w/ wireless printing Lexmark x4650

I can print great with my Lexmark x4650 when connected to my Macbook via usb, however I can't figure out how to set up the wireless printing. My printer works wirelessly with my PCs (just fyi).

I'm brand new to the Mac world, so any diluted help would be appreciated 🙂
