Hey guys!
When i have updated my iPhone to iOS 6 it's saying 'No Service' ( never had problem with phone activation )!
But now Safari and Mail doesn't work on my iPhone 3gs!
Phone has been bought last year in U.S. officialy unlocked from AT&T !
Please help out if possible.

iPhone has been officially unlocked from AT&T ( So i can use it internationally ). Didn't have any problems what so ever till few days back, when i have updated my iOS to 6.0.1
Did you do the ATT unlock process yourself? Had it ever been jailbroken/hacked in the past (before doing the ATT unlock)?

I have bought it when it was already ATT unlocked.
Never has been jailbroken by me - don't know how to do that and don't want to go into that.
Never had problems with updating to 5.0.1 and now with the 6.0.1 is a problem with 'No service', 'Mail doesn't work' and 'Safari'!

Well, if you bought it "ATT unlocked" you have NO way of knowing whether it was unlocked via ATT or whether it was hacked/jailbroken. You only have the seller's word.
Do Safari and Mail work via WiFi? What is happening exactly? Seems to me you have 2 diferent and unrelated? problems here.

I am having problems even tough i am online ( i am having a WI-FI service avaliable ) Facebook app is working on!
Mail and Safari are not working. I have pressed 'Mail' icon and it's there, it is not showing me emails, just empty window, but that it's closing by itself. Same thing with safari.
Try doing a reset. Hold BOTH the Home button and the Power/Lock button at the same time until your phone restarts and the Apple logo appears.
PS. Try to force quit all your apps before you reset, just in case...

Not working - have tried several times!
It's strange! Everything else is ok, but it is not opening 'Mail' ( it opens - but it is blank can't press nothing and than it closes by itself after 8- 10 seconds ). Same thing with 'Safari' .. just Safari close itself after 3 to 4 seconds.
'No Service' on the top left side is still annoying.
Any ideas?
Maybe your SIM is damaged. Try with a different/new SIM. That's all I can think of.

But even tough it would be SIM card, it should open 'Mail'; 'Safari'... It's a bug from that iOS! And i don't know how to fix it! Strange!!!
Try restoring your phone through iTunes. You can find how to do so by searching the help articles in support.
