How can i change the Language of the Mac OS X Server?

I am German and want to set the Language of my server to English, bt i din't know how.

Mac OS X Server-OTHER, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

system preferences/language & text/language, drag English to top of the list and logout/login
