i try to upgrade money control on the app, it says "contact itunes support for ending the process" etc. Please help me?

i already paid the fee, but it says "go to itunes support". what's the problem? Please help me guyz...

iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.2

You can contact iTunes support via this page and ask them why the message is appearing (these are user-to-user forums) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

thank u so much. i already contact to itunes from your link and the developer of the app. developer couldn' t figure it out. then i sent an e-mail to itunes support. Now, im waiting for the solution.
