Q: My keyboard Apple with numeric keypad has lost the numbers.

My keyboard Apple with numeric keypad has lost the numbers, I can not change from "numlock off" to "on" with the clear button.

I tried unplugging and restarting the iMac but I can not solve this problem.

I also disconnected the mouse function Universal Access.

Have any suggestions?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5), Keyboardf with numeric keypad

    problem solved!!!
The "numeric keypad" works again perfectly in Excel.
Thanks to the community of "office: mac" I could find the solution.
"Shift + Numlock" and the numbers back again. "Shift" is the arrow and "NumLock" is the button located above the "7".
It's a shame that Apple does not have a manual available on their products where they are as simple solutions to problems that appear in the use of these.
I hope this can help you.
