lost my iphone, need help to find it

Hi, i have lost my iphone two nights ago, and i cannot locate where it is on "find my iphone" and i think this might be because "track my iphone" might not be switched on, on my phone. I have been ringing my phone and it is switched off also. Is there anyone i can contact to help my find my iphone at all?
