ipod frozen
my ipod has frozen ive tried connecting it to itunes to restart it but its asking me to put passcode in on ipod which i cant because the ipod has frozen with the apple icon on the screen, i cant even turn the ipod off...help
iPod touch
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
