YouTube app not working on iOS 6.0.1

H Forum users,

YouTube app is not working on my iPhone 4S with iOS 6.0.1.

It used to work a month or so ago but I am not sure if upgrading to iOS 6.0.1 caused the problem. It keeps saying '"Error while loading. Tap to retry". The app doesn't let me login to my Google account either. If I try to view videos on web instead, it keeps opening the app and hence I am not able to watch videos using the YouTube website on Safari. Below are the screenshots. Is anyone else facing same problem? Can anyone help to fix this?

I should have deleted the app and downloaded it again long ago. But I was somehow under the impression that it comes with iOS and couldn't be deleted.

I just did that and guess what it's working again. Holy molly :-)

Havent seen this issue, but first you can reset your phone, hold the home and off button down until the apple symbol comes up. If still no joy, then delete the app and re download it and try again.
