iPod Touch 4G stuck on recovery!

So my ipod touch 4g (8gb) got stuck on the apple boot logo suddenly when i shut it down and tried to open it again later, it wouldnt start up so i went to DFU mode. After it i tried to recovery it but the bar got stuck near 1/6 and wont move. I've left it there because i dont know what to do and not make this worse by myself..... So how to make it restore it normally? please help ive tried to search that from everywhere but cant find any similar topics 😟
