Unexpected fanfare sound on iphone 5.

Hi, I'm getting randomly Fanfare sound on my iphone 5. Can't find source. Anybody had similar issue?

When phone was reset to factory settings, did stop that , but removing all apps didn't help.

Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.
