when syncing itunes repeatedly asks if I want to import voice memo

when syncing my iPod Touch 5g to itunes it repeatedly informes me that I have new voice memos, and asks if I want to import them, even though they have already been synced previously, and are already in the iTunes library-voice memos.

How to make it stop asking me to import, after it has already done it once?
