My daughter's IPOD Touch 4 screen says "IPOD is Disabled." She tried too many times to log in as she forgot her PW - now what??

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
