Cannot back up
I have a constant message that says "This iPad cannot backup to iCloud without a verified email address". This message will NOT come off. HELP

Have you tried a reset ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider if it appears), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.
Try this now and see if the message goes away when the iPad starts up.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Is your email verified?
Go to settings-> iCloud and see what email address is used for your backup.
Then go to the website:
click "Manage your apple ID" and login.
You should see your primary email and any alternate emails. They should all either have
a green check that says "verified" or some button to verify the account. If any *don't*
have the green check, click the button and it will email you a link to click on to
verify the account. Do that until all accounts have been verified and see if your
backup works.
If that doesn't work, all I can suggest is disconnecting and reconnecting to your iCloud account
on the iPad. Apple makes this very annoying because you have to *delete* the iCloud account
on the iPad, then reconnect, which will forget all the settings, so make sure to note them
first!
