How do I transfer my music etc to my new itunes from my iPhone?

As above, I have an iPhone 4 and a new laptop. I have set up itunes on the new laptop and connected my iPhone but cannot sync without losing all my current music etc.What is the way around this to not lose all the music and films and at the same time transfer the music and films from the iPhone onto my new itunes?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.0.2

If you have the old itunes and computer then transfer your music over

Then you can go ahead and erase your iphone. Just have to sync the content back onto it. Then you are setup with the new laptop
