Since the ISO6 was upgraded for some reason my IPAD will not sync my calendar? Any suggestions?

I am not able to sync my Computer Calendar with the IPAD... I have done this many times... For some reason today I am not able to do it... It does not recongnize any new appts I list on the IPAD?
