How do you add a contact on the iPad mini
I was wondering how you could add a contact on the iPad mini and people say there is a + sign on the contacts app and I do not have a + sign on mine. I got my ipad from a apple retail store.

The toolbar unfortunately does not show up on ipad to add a pic. You can upload it to a site like photobucket or imageshack and just paste a link in the post to it.

I do not have an iCloud account so I can't do that
If you have an Apple ID, you have an iCloud account. Just go to Settings>iCloud and turn it on for Contacts. Then turn it off again.
Three steps can solve the problem about adding contacts on iPad Mini. In fact it is not difficult to add. First you should launch contacts app on the home screen. Then tap the "+" icon on the top to add a contacts and edit the details on the left side. Finally press "add phone", "add email", etc. to complete the basic material of the created person. When you see "done", you have finished the operation.
