What to do about an unauthorized In-App Purchase

Hello and Happy New Year to everyone. Question, my 7 year old yesterday downloaded the Kick The Boss 2 and was playing. Well, all I know if today I got an

email saying iTunes "Your receipt No. xxxxxxx" and shows me a $19.99 purchase with a $1.26 tax totaling a purchase of $21.25. I don't know what my kid clicked on inside this game but don't want it, and don't know what to do to get a refund.

Who or what do I do about this purchase and removing it from my account for a refund.

Please let me know what too do all.

Many applications you download from the App's/iTunes store, and not created by Apple, and therefore Apple would not have the troubleshooting steps or instructions for this application.

If you were to go back to the iTunes store page for this application - https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/kitten-dreams/id582086329?mt=8. - you will see there is a link for "support" for this application. You must follow this link to contact the developer of this application.

If you are looking for a refund for the purchase of this application, you must request this from the support web site for the itunes or app's store.

iTunes Store - http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - follow the onscreen instructions

App's Store - http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/ - follow the onscreen instructions
