I was running OSX 10.6 and upgraded to 10.8.2 and my HP 6000 printer no longer works. I am not able to find a driver for this printer. Should I be looking for a new printer or is a driver going to be released sometime soon? Thanks.

Printer and scanner software available for download ill contain information about printer driver support.. You should also ask tech support or check available drivers for the printers in which you are interested.
Apple does not supply printer drivers other than those provided by printer manufacturers for distribution with OS X.
