I have an iPad that does not have icloud or software update software in my settings. How can I fix this?

This option appears on iOS 5 or later. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4972 To set up iCloud after updating, open Settings > iCloud
There is nothing to "fix".
Updating from the device itself is a feature of ios 5 and later. Since you do not currently have ios 5 or later, you will have to update as you always have.
Turn on computer
Open itunes
Connect ipad
My iPad has 4.3.5 (8L1) and I would like to update to iOS6. I don't gave "update software" on my settings. What do I do to download ios6 and cloud on my ipad2?
