No download from appleTV

Today I connected my new Apple TV and, after settled up my itunes account, I tried to rent a movie (2,99€).

I immediately received two identical message from my bank, each with an account of 1.94€.

No download is visible in the Apple TV apparate or in the MAC.

Anyone can Help?
