My gift card isn't working??

Hi Sooo, I got a 10 dollar gift card

for x mas and I redeemed it and used it once or

twice on this silly game called candy crush lol.

Well now it says I have 6.04 and I go to buy extra

Lives for .99 cents and it says contact iTunes support

Which is why I'm writing this now. Can someone help?
