My iTunes purchase isn't playing.

Hi,

Recently I purchased two TV series called Outnumbered. I have been able to watch the first episode but the others aren't able to sync to my computer or when I try playing it on my iPod Touch it says "This film cannot be loaded".

Please get back to me with any help on what to do ASAP.
