Apple TV help

New to Apple, love it! We got the Apple TV and used it over the weekend to watch a movie and it worked great. Yesterday we tried to watch a tv show I bought and no luck. I found the show, selected it and hit play. All we get is a frame of the show with the "wonder wheel" spinning next to the play bar. After a couple of minutes the screen saver comes up. I hit play and we are now stuck in a loop with no show. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.
