on my iMac Leopard which has always been fine. now i can't sign in. the apple support person said i should post on the bluetooth site.
it says i need to turn on my keyboard and make sure it is turned on and "discoverable."
"no keyboards have been found."
it's the Bluetooth setup assistant window. searching searching for keyboards - 0 found.

thanks Barry. i unplugged everything, waited several minutes and tried it again. same bluetooth message, and if i close that window, i still can't sign in.

I am not trying to be funny, but are you sure the KB is turned on?
If you are close to an Apple store, it might be helpful for you to take the KB in for diagnosis....it is possible it has failed.
