Automator (or similar) automatic backup of Stickies, Notes, and Reminders?

i am looking for an automatic backup way / app for Stickies, Notes, and Reminders.

something very simple that can run automatically or even just when i require it, but anyways, backs up these 3 data bases in such a way that it does it just by initiating the backup and hopefully doesnt write over the previous backup so it just stores them all.

anything availble like this?
