My bottle of paws I purchased did not update on my Ipad

I purchase a in app purchased of bottle of paws with the pocket pet shop app. I noticed that it didn't update on my screen however I thought maybe the purchase didn't go through. I then noticed on my account had been charged, what do i need to do?
