Can I "or should I" upgrade PPC to 10.5???

Just wondering, I have an imac g4 800mgz 768 MB SDRAM with 40 plus GB available on the HD currently running 10.4.11, is it worth it to buy and install 10.5? I know you need leopard assist to "fool" the processor speed at install, but is it going to run as smooth as tiger? The options for tiger are getting more and more limited and I like it, but I don't know if I want to invest in 10.5 or not. Anybody have any advice, thanks in advance.

I have installed (using the leopard assist hack) on a dual G4 533 (powermac), and it runs well and I have no complaints from my end user.

This works fine and does allow for slightly newer software to be invoked.

If you feel like you are reaching the end of the road with this machine, it's worth trying to extend it's useful life a bit.

Beautiful machine!

Good Luck,

Marty
