Since I downloaded the new iTunes 11.0.1, I cannot download KGO program from my computer into my iPod touch. Help!

How do I download KGO radio programs into my iPod touch? The radio program is all set to sync with my iPod, but with the new Apple 11.0.1 I just installed, it is different with no instructions. Thanks.

If you have iTunes 11 turn on the Sidebar. Go to iTunes>View and click on Show Sidebar. You can also do a Crtl+S to show the sidebar.

To sync to your iPod go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device and follow the instructions.
