I've signed up for FindMyPhone and have the app set up.
It covers my iPad (which I no longer own) and my iPhone 4 (which I do own).
I'd like to delete the iPad and add my Mac Book Air but have no clue as to how.
Can you help?

On the MBA, go to system preferences > iCloud and check the find my mac option.
Go to iCloud.com > Find my phone, select your iPad and select the remove option at the foot of the page

Thanks, "Winston" Navigating to iCloud and using Find My Phone (and other devices) still feels a bit arcane, having to go to system prefs on my laptop (MBA?) and then online, and selection options you note (delete device) that I could not find
But it's given me a better handle on it. Off to the learning curve...

The remove option is only visible if the device is offline. Did you get a blue page when you selected the device.
How do I delete or add a device to be tracked?
