I just got a new laptop(Mac Air) and I just plugged my iphone into the laptop and when I clicked 'Sync Music' it said "Music, Movies, TV Show, Books, and Tones synced to "iphone" from other itunes libraries will be removed and items will be synced from this itunes library" what I'm asking is, if I sync all my stuff in this new Itunes can I sync it again and put it back in my iphone.

Is the content on your iphone in your Mac Air laptop? or is it still on your old laptop?
If you sync your iPhone without this it will erase your music from the iPhone and if it is not already prior to syncing in your Mac Air itunes you will have lost it forever.
So either copy your content from the Old computer to the Mac Air
