iphone 4 ghosting started New Years day 2013 - how to fix this problem

Please help if you can, but I must point out I have tried everything found online so far, such as soft reset, hard reset, every back to factory default all provided the same ghosting on the screen.

OK So the problem is the home page is showing in the background of all other pages, causing a blur effect and loss of pixelation, and this all started on jan 1st 2013 - I thought oh I got bug, but as yet can not find anything new.

Like anyone else I want to try fix it with your help first before going to apple service,
