You must authorize this computer before you can download previous purchases

I recently purchased a NEW laptop and ofcourse all my music was on my OLD laptop and crashed.

So, ive been going thru the pain saking process of trying to get my previously purchased music out

of the Itune Store where it shows all my past purchases and placing them on my iPod and also library

on my NEW laptop. Im currently on vacation in Germany and not sure if this is the reason for it not

allowing me to update my music? When I try to play any of the music fully it tells me:

You must authorize this computer before you can download previous purchases.

I went thru the settings and followed the HELP listed but no luck.

Can u please assist me.
