do not disturb mode setting time is incorrect!!!!!!!!!!!!

Recently I found that there is something wrong with the time of do not disturb mode in iOS 6.0.2. I try to set it from 11pm to 8am but it always turn on at wrong time and makes me extremely angry!! it gives me a lot of missed calls and missed SMS !!! I'm so angry about that!!!!
