I've been trying to get my itunes library onto match for over a month now. First I tried to do the whole library at once, but over 5000 songs persistantly would not load. Then I tried doing portions of my library at a time, but eventually I got this error message before the first step in the match process had finished every single time, so I deleted my library and tried to start the process over once again but I'm still getting this message every time. Now I've got no music stored in the cloud. I sent a message to Apple support about this weeks ago and I've gotten no response. It's really bugging me.
